About me

Movement is my passion!

Movement has always inspired me. First as a gymnast in a club. Then - for 30 years - as a licensed instructor for gymnastics, fitness and dance for all age groups. And today as a passionate surfer, snowboarder and mountain hiker.

My path to becoming a movement coach

Initially I chose a different career path and worked in graphic design for a long time. For over 10 years, movement has also become more and more important professionally.

It all began in 2013 with training in the First Step method in Zurich, which helps parents to better understand their babies and toddlers and support their development. This method is based on the Feldenkrais method, as well as the other training courses that I have completed in recent years.

My three-year studies with Anat Baniel to become an Anat Baniel Method® NeuroMovement® Practitioner and my training with Sylvia Shordike to become a NeuroHorizons® Experiental Movement® Practitioner have been particularly influential.

move2smile

Since then, I have set up a fun play and gym room in Sigriswil on Lake Thun, where the movement lessons take place, and founded the company move2smile to match.

move2smile - the name says it all. Here in this beautiful power place in Sigriswil (CH), babies and children (with and without disabilities), stroke and accident patients as well as athletes, musicians and managers learn to move more easily, pain-free and functionally. And they all leave the room with a smile.
